Ganpat did a great job. From the start we had a lot of difficulties on our trip and, through it all, Ganpat was always available and always responsive. We dealt with a serious illness and had to return home a couple of weeks early. Ganpat helped us make adjustments to out itinerary and helped us get back to New Delhi safely so we could return home. After escorting my loved-one back to the States, I returned to India to finish the tour. Ganpat was reasonable with regards to working through various financial losses I had incurred from abruptly cancelling the initial trip. In short, Ganpat worked with me so that I could return to and keep learning about India. During my second visit, again, difficulty repeatedly struck. Twice in two days, I had problems with flights: the local airline marooned me one day and I encountered horrific delays and impossibly long lines on the next---two days and two flights missed! When I had to improvise at the airport and fly to a different city, Ganpat (almost magically) had his driver, Vikram, waiting for me at the alternative airport. This helped me keep going with my tour despite it all. More, several of my guides were real treats. The young history student in Amritsar clearly had a passion for Punjabi culture and the Sikh faith; more, the seasoned guide in Jodhpur was a real professional---he knew what he was talking about and our walk through the alleyways of the "Blue City" was both safe and memorable. By the way, all of my drivers were courteous, on time, and responsive to my requests. In sum, Ganpat listened to my needs and did his best for both my loved one and I. While India can be a difficult place to travel, Ganpat and his employees were never difficult and they did everything they could to make sure I saw the very best that their country has to offer. You can trust Ganpat, just realize that India itself is not always a stroll in the park! I suppose that is what makes it such an unforgettable experience!!
