not knowing how to even start planning our one month trip to india, we turnd to trip advisor and broswed ! After comparing three local trip operators we decided to use Ganpat Prajapat of Incredible Tour to India. He was the most responsive! After we finalized our itinerary with him we realised that his service and prices were fantastic! Ganpat listened to our basic requests, helped us expand them, booked all our internal flights, hotels, drivers and guides (who were really lovely). Every day he spoke to us to make sure all was well...when a once a day flight was cancelled due to bad weather Ganpat came to the rescue, arranged for us to be collected and put up for the night back in Varanasi, and arranged a replacement flight the next daty.
He invited to his warm and welcoming home to meet his family, have dinner (and pay the balance)
I would have no hesitation at all in recomending his services, he is a sweet and honest man.
