I got to know Mr Ganpat's services via a personal friend who used his services previously.
Mr Ganpat is very responsive and quick to reply all my enquires via emails and WhatsApp. He is also very patient and arranged the drivers, guides and hotels accordingly.
I must be one of his more challenging customer as I rescheduled his suggested itinerary and have his driver to pick me up as early as. 5.30am for my sunrise photographs at certain monuments. Usually the guides don't start that early but he and his driver Mr Govind manged to get the guide for me too.
The most heart warming local experience is that he invited us to his home for dinner like his all other customers. His family was very warm and friendly and helped me to dress up in their ethnic dresses. His wife made and gave me a saree. He was also very generous and kind to loan me his wife beautiful lehenge gown for photoshoots so I did not need to buy or rent one.
Mr Govind who was our driver for from New Delhi to Agra to Jaipur was a nice and easy going guy. If we need to change money or get insect repellent or laundry, he is always at our disposal.
Overall, we had a felt being taken good care by Mr Ganpat, Mr Govind and his guides.
